ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Tompkins County is asking for public input.
The county is drafting a strategic operations plan, the first of its kind. It will include new mission and vision statements and county priorities. The current drafts were created with substantial input from interested parties, including county staff and elected legislators, local partner organizations, stakeholder groups, and initial input from the community.
The county’s strategic plan will help prioritize resources to meet its identified goals and objectives.
