THE ARTS BEAT: Ithaca Reggae Festival

In addition to the previously announced Cayuga Sound Festival, Ithaca’s Stewart Park will also be holding another first annual music event this year. Its called the Ithaca Reggae Festival, and will take place on June 24th. I spoke with Kevin Kinsella, a media manager and artist playing at the Festival to find out more about it.
