Patrick Tarantino went to culinary school when he could no longer play semi-professional and professional soccer down south. But after finding his culinary path he ended up serving some big names, including former President George W. Bush (favorite meal is PB&J with the crusts cut off), and has long been a renowned member of his field. Now he’s back in Ithaca for the second time as the new food and beverage director for Kilpatrick’s Pub. But great food isn’t the only thing he wants to give to the community.
