After reading about a program in Colorado that helped terminal patients enjoy one more trip to a beloved place, Ralph Wilcox, a Bangs Ambulance EMT, created a similar program here in Ithaca called Sentimental Journeys. The program, and Wilcox, were recently honored by the U.S. Congress.
