SENECA FALLS, NY (WHCU) – An Owego man is facing charges for leading police on a chase they say topped 100 mph.

Luke Reeves allegedly sped off on his motorcycle last week after Seneca Falls Police officers tried to pull him over for running a stop sign. According to fingerlakes1.com, Seneca Falls PD received a report several days earlier about a man speeding on his motorcycle on East Bayard Street. They believe that man was the 24-year-old Reeves.

Reeves was later arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including failure to obey a police officer, reckless driving, and unlawful fleeing.

Reeves will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
