Golden ticket hot tub giveaway rules


Starting Monday May 29th, 2023 @ 9AM (WQNY,WFIZ,WIII,WYXL, WYXL-HD2, WQNY-HD3,WFIZ-HD2,WHCU,WNYY WYXL-HD3) be starting the “Golden ticket hot tub giveaway Listeners can enter at participating physical sign-up  locations that will be listed on our station websites https://literock973.com/ , www.1037qcountry.com , https://i100rocks.com/, https://z955.com/ , https://whcuradio.com , https://967thevine.com/ https://alt959.com/ https://rewind1077.com/ https://pureoldies941.com/ Https://963thebuzzer.com and can enter once per location  before the close of the giveaway on Wednesday June 14th, 2023, at 8pm. Golden ticket  hot tub giveaway ”is an in person contest and will run until Wednesday June 14 at 8pm.

100 Qualifiers will be selected at random from all entries on Thursday June 15th to win a golden ticket along with a pair of tickets to see Tusk at Tags June 16th.  The random Drawing for the hot tub will occur at Tags on June 16th from all golden ticket holders. Golden ticket holders must be present at Tags Summer stage in Big Flats NY on June 16th to win. The random drawing will occur approximately at 6:30pm

Qualifiers  Will be contacted via the provided phone number  on Thursday June 15th and be given details on how to win the hot tub package

all listeners from all stations will be competing for the same prize package.

Valued at $8,500 00 Hot Tub bundle includes ONLY standard delivery.  Please note that any additional fees or charges will be the responsibility of the winner.  The winner must provide a clear pathway to a level surface (add language about contacting the hot tub company to inquire about what kind of base, etc.  is required – in most cases there must be a cement (or similar) base for the hot tub to be placed on.

Must be 21+ to enter. One entry per person per location. Submitting more than one entry per person per location will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participants entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the email address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

(WQNY,WFIZ,WIII,WYXL, WYXL-HD2, WQNY-HD3,WFIZ-HD2,WHCU,WNYY WYXL-HD3)  contests are open to all eligible New York State and Pennsylvania State residents 21 or older have not won anything on the above-mentioned stations in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of (WQNY,WFIZ,WIII,WYXL, WYXL-HD2, WQNY-HD3,WFIZ-HD2,WHCU,WNYY WYXL-HD3)   Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the above mentioned Stations  main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. Cayuga Radio Group’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
