Hey, Emma from Hits 103.3 and Sunday mornings on Lite Rock 97.3! I’ll be participating in the 10th Annual Women Swimmin’ for Hospicare event Saturday, August 10th! It’s a 1.2 mile swim across Cayuga Lake and all money going to patient and family services in Tompkins County.

I’ve been training at Island Health & Fitness and sharing my progress with my lovely Hits 103.3 listeners. My fundraising goal is $1,000 and I created a page to accept donations. Even if it’s just $5 or $10, anything helps.
